Lebanese cuisine is about so much more than the dining. It’s about the preparation, the ingredients and the passion that goes into cooking traditional recipes. With this in mind you can peruse our Maroush food market for fresh vegetables, herbs and spices, sweet treats and so much more – everything you need to enjoy an evening at home, preparing, cooking and enjoying your favourite dishes.

We are extremely proud of our connection with our wine growers which is why we’ve brought the knowledge and expertise of our extended family into our restaurant. Find the perfect bottle of red for a cosy night in, celebrate with something sparkling or indulge in a wine tasting with one of our talented sommeliers.
We’re serving up delicious Lebanese breakfasts including our famous Maroush Breakfast, delicious lunch options served with a cold beer or glass of Lebanese wine and, for those of you that prefer a later engagement we keep the doors open until the early hours. And, whether it’s summer days spent wiling away the afternoon with a cocktail or two out on our garden terrace, or a slow and cosy winter morning sipping on freshly ground coffee, we can’t wait to welcome you to Maroush at Park Royal.
